Account & Registration

Click the 'Register' button on the homepage, choose your role (Brand or KOL), and fill out the registration form. You can also sign up directly with your Google account. After registering, complete your profile to start using the platform.
After registering as a KOL, go to your Profile page and click 'Connect Account'. You can connect your Instagram or TikTok account through a secure OAuth process. Once connected, the system will automatically verify your account and calculate your KOL tier.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your registered email, then check your inbox for the password reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you use Google login, you can sign in directly without a password.
KOL tiers are determined by follower count: Nano (1K-10K), Micro (10K-100K), Mid (100K-500K), Macro (500K-1M), and Mega (1M+). Tiers are automatically calculated when you connect your social media account and updated periodically through automatic sync.
Campaigns

Campaign flow: Brand creates a campaign → Admin reviews and approves → Brand makes payment via Xendit → Assigned KOLs create content → Admin reviews content → KOLs post → KOLs submit performance insights → Admin completes the campaign → KOLs receive payment.
Log in as a Brand, go to the 'Campaigns' menu, then click 'Create New Campaign'. Fill in the campaign details including brief, platform, target KOLs, and deadline. You can also use AI to help create an engaging brief. After submitting, Admin will review your campaign.
After being assigned to a campaign, open the campaign details from your dashboard. Upload your content (image/video) according to the provided brief. Admin will review your content - if approved, you can post immediately. If revisions are needed, you'll receive a notification with improvement details.
After your content is approved, your status changes to 'Approved to Post'. You need to post the content on the specified platform, then submit performance insights/screenshots. Our AI will extract metrics from the screenshot and validate data authenticity. After the campaign is completed, payment will be processed.
Payments

Teamfluencer uses Xendit as the payment gateway. Brands pay after a campaign is approved by Admin (an invoice is automatically sent with a 24-hour deadline). After the campaign is completed, KOLs receive payment through automatic disbursement. All transactions are recorded and trackable on the dashboard.
Through Xendit, you can pay via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, etc.), e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), credit/debit cards, and virtual accounts. All payment methods are secure and encrypted.
KOLs receive payment after the campaign status is 'Completed'. Automatic disbursement is processed through Xendit. The transfer to your bank account usually takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination bank. You can monitor payment status on your dashboard.
Teamfluencer has 5 refund scenarios (A-E) with percentages ranging from 60-100% depending on the situation. Full 100% refund if the campaign is cancelled before KOLs start working. Brands must acknowledge the refund policy during registration. Full details are available in the Terms & Conditions.
AI & Credits

Teamfluencer offers several Gemini-powered AI features: campaign brief generation, content analysis, trend analysis, insight extraction from screenshots, and the TEAM-AI chat assistant for real-time Q&A. All features are designed to streamline your campaign workflow.
Teamfluencer uses a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) system. Buy credit packages as needed (5 package options from Rp 12.000 to Rp 299.000). Credits are valid for 30 days from purchase - topping up extends the validity of all credits. New users get 30 free credits, and guests get 1 free trial per AI feature.
Credit costs per feature: Fast Script (2 credits), Trend Analysis (4 credits), Brief Generation (6 credits), Image Content Analysis (8 credits), Video Content Analysis (20 credits), and other advanced features (up to 24 credits). Active campaign participants get unlimited free AI access.
When credits run out, you can still use all non-AI features normally. For AI features, you'll need to purchase a new credit package. The system will alert you when credits are running low. Active campaign participants still get unlimited AI access for the duration of the campaign.
