Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 30 days from your last purchase. Topping up before expiry extends all remaining credits for another 30 days. We send a reminder 7 days before expiration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), credit cards, QRIS, and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) - all processed securely through Xendit.
Are influencers charged any fees?
No. Influencers join Teamfluencer 100% free and receive their full campaign payment with zero deductions.
How is campaign pricing determined?
Campaign pricing is customized based on your brief, target audience, number of creators, and content requirements. Our team will discuss the best approach and pricing after reviewing your brief.
Do active campaigns include free AI tools?
Yes. Brands with active campaigns get unlimited access to all AI-powered tools at no additional cost during the campaign period.
How long does influencer payment take?
Payments to influencers are processed within 7 business days after campaign completion and insights submission. Minimum payout is Rp 20.000.
