1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you read and accept the displayed version. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind yourself or the organisation you represent.
- Provide accurate, current information.
- Keep the account secure and report unauthorised access promptly.
- Do not share an account or evade platform restrictions.
2. Platform role
Teamfluencer provides technology and support that connects Brands, KOLs, and campaign administrators. Unless a written order says otherwise, Teamfluencer is not an employer, exclusive agent, or legal representative of a user.
KOL availability, campaign outcomes, engagement, sales, reach, and AI output are not guaranteed. Each party must exercise reasonable diligence before accepting a campaign.
3. Campaigns, deliverables, and changes
- An order or brief should define scope, platform, format, deliverable count, schedule, approval, revisions, fees, taxes, usage rights, and cancellation terms.
- Brands must provide lawful, non-misleading product claims, materials, permissions, and instructions.
- KOLs must create authentic content, follow the approved brief, disclose advertising as required, and provide accurate insights.
- Scope, timing, or commercial-use changes require documented agreement and may change fees.
4. Intellectual property and content licence
Each party keeps materials it owned before a campaign. A KOL keeps ownership of original content unless a lawful written order expressly transfers it.
Where an order includes a licence, the KOL grants only the recorded scope: platforms, territory, duration, modification, attribution, paid use, sublicensing, and additional fees. No unrecorded right is granted.
- The uploader warrants it has rights to music, trademarks, images, likenesses, testimonials, data, and third-party material.
- Teamfluencer receives a limited licence to host, display, process, and transmit materials only to operate the platform and campaign.
- IP claims must be reported promptly; content may be restricted during review.
5. Payments, payouts, fees, and tax
Payments may be processed through Xendit or the provider shown at checkout. Invoices, deadlines, platform fees, milestones, tax, payout, and fund-release conditions follow the accepted order and checkout.
Bank or provider timing is not fully controlled by Teamfluencer. Users are responsible for their taxes, payment identity, and account information unless law provides otherwise.
- Do not make direct payments intended to avoid platform fees or protections.
- Dishonest chargebacks or disputes may delay payout and restrict an account.
- Refunds and PAYG credits follow the Refund Policy in effect at purchase.
6. AI features
AI features provide suggestions, analysis, or drafts that can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. Users must review output and remain responsible for legality, accuracy, disclosures, and third-party rights.
Do not submit secrets, sensitive data, or third-party materials without permission. Teamfluencer does not promise uniqueness, trademark availability, or non-infringement of AI output.
7. Prohibited activity
- Fraud, impersonation, engagement manipulation, false insights, spam, malware, unauthorised scraping, or security bypass.
- Illegal, discriminatory, exploitative, misleading, privacy/IP-infringing content, or content missing required advertising disclosure.
- Money laundering, bribery, prohibited financing, or transactions violating sanctions or law.
- Abuse of refunds, chargebacks, reviews, reports, or another user's data.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit features or suspend an account for security, legal duties, payment risk, or suspected breach. Where circumstances allow, we will provide a reason and an opportunity to remedy or appeal.
Serious breach, fraud, security threats, or legal orders may be actioned without advance notice. Termination does not erase payment, licence, audit, dispute, or legal-retention duties.
9. Disclaimer and availability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, KOL availability, particular campaign results, or always-accurate AI output. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
10. Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for its own breach, negligence, materials, data, instructions, and legal duties. Liability limits must be interpreted reasonably and do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, confidentiality/data breaches, payment obligations, or matters that law does not permit to be limited.
A campaign-specific limit applies only where lawful. No clause transfers all Teamfluencer responsibility to a consumer contrary to law.
11. Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint with relevant evidence to hello@teamfluencer.id. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes are governed by Indonesian law and the competent forum, without removing consumer access to mechanisms available by law.
12. Changes and general terms
Material changes will be notified and, where required, require renewed acceptance. If one clause is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Users may not transfer accounts or rights without consent; Teamfluencer may transfer in a restructuring while preserving user rights.
These terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, campaign order, and relevant consent form the agreement for their scope. Force majeure may delay non-payment duties while the impact continues and reasonable mitigation is taken.
